Florensac

A village where you take your time

Florensac is one of those Languedoc villages that doesn't look like much at first glance, and that's precisely what makes it so charming. No tourist folklore, no pretence. Just bustling lanes, stone facades warming in the sun, a market square where people talk loudly, and that southern light that makes everything more beautiful.

On Tuesday mornings, the market sets up shop. You'll find olives, goat's cheese from the hills, vine peaches, wine from the estate next door. People know each other, greet each other, have a coffee at the bar.

« A bista de nas, es lo pus brave vilatge del monde. » — At first glance, it's the finest village in the world. Admittedly biased.
